At FRC Team 1325 Inverse Paradox, we have a Jr. Lead Program to encourage younger and newer team members to take initiative within the team. Every year the Team Leads choose a few Jr Leads that have shown a lot of interest to reward them for their hardwork and encourage them to keep it up!
